TNU Procurement has been developed from several years experience working for and with the large tier 1 telco’s in the market place.  We have a fairly simple mission.

If you do embark on a change of provider, we ensure the new provider is fit for purpose in every respect.

There’s some typical issues and problems surrounding the telecoms market place causing a high rate of churn for the telco’s and real frustrations from their clients resulting in a loss of productivity or even a loss of revenue.  In some cases a huge loss of revenue.

If there is a reason for change, an organisation at the end of their contract will face a prospect of negotiating the sales driven, fluffy marketing approach of the telco market place.  This process is not only time consuming but to obtain a clear picture of the providers ability from a technical, process and business perspective is inherently difficult. As an IT Manager or IT Director, you’re signing a large budget contract.  It has to be right.

Taking our experience, we’ve formed relationships with each of the major service providers in the UK, Europe and the US.  These relationships are based on The Network Union understanding their products, services and internal processes.  We combine this knowledge with stages 3 to 8 of The Network Union process after establishing a reason for change within the TNU Stage 1 & 2 Benchmark process.

Stage 3: A new design based on the very best of the market place and not what a telco would ‘suggest’ is a good fit.

Stage 4: A comprehensive and bespoken ITT (Invitation to Tender) created and written from the ground up for your organisation.

Stage 5: Negotiation. We assist with contract, service level and commercial negotiation ensuring our clients obtain the best possible outcome.

Stage 6: Validation. One area where mistakes are made.  Telco order management teams do not carry out necessary due diligence when entering orders.  We do...

Stage 7: Ongoing workshops and reviews.  We keep your teams up to date with the latest product offering in the market in relation to your pain points and issues.

Every stage of the TNU process has been developed based on Cisco design methodology.
