Why does this matter? Every BT Cloud Voice deployment requires a UK call plan. Choose unlimited for predictable costs, or a sharer pool if your team makes fewer outbound calls. You must also pair this with an international package — select Pay As You Go if international volumes are low.
UK call plan
UK Unlimited
Unlimited UK calls per user. Simple, predictable billing with no overage charges. Ideal for sales teams, account managers and anyone who spends significant time on the phone.
UK Call Sharer
A shared pool of minutes across all users on the account. More cost-effective for teams with lower call volumes or where only some users make outbound calls regularly.
International calling
Why add an international plan? BT requires customers to select an international package alongside their UK plan. If your team rarely calls abroad, select “None” and use Pay As You Go rates instead.
36 months
3-year commitment
60 months
5-year commitment
Why choose a handset? Only BT-approved IP devices can be used with Cloud Voice. Handsets require power via PoE or a mains adaptor. Softphone clients are also available if you prefer to use a laptop or mobile device.

Why include training? Getting the most from Cloud Voice means your team needs to understand how to use call handling, voicemail, Webex and the online portal effectively. Training reduces support calls and speeds up adoption — particularly valuable for larger rollouts or teams moving from traditional phone systems for the first time.
Include Cloud Voice training
Added at £10/month on a 60-month term, or £12/month on a 36-month term. Alternatively available as a one-off purchase at £400.

Important notes
- £100 connection charge for all new customers (can be waived if taken with a new BTnet or fibre product).
- All feature packs and some optional features need a phone number — £1 connection per number and 50p per month rental.
- Customers must choose both a UK and an international package — Pay As You Go international is an option for low volume.
- Cloud Voice is designed to work end-to-end with BT leased line or business broadband with QoS and Voice Prioritisation.
